Terms
Last updated October 29, 2026
These are plain-language terms for our pilot. They have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and will be updated before launch.
For customers
- Your card belongs to the shop that issued it. The shop sets the reward and the rules, and can change or end its program.
- Stamps and points have no cash value.
- Keep your card link private. Anyone with it can see your card.
- Do not try to add stamps without a real purchase or visit. A shop may remove stamps or close a card it believes was misused.
- You can delete your card at any time. See the Privacy Policy.
For businesses
- Your account. You are responsible for who has your login and for what happens under it. Keep your sign-in private.
- Your customers. Customer details are used only to run your loyalty program. You may not sell them, share them, or use them for anything unrelated.
- Messages. Send offers and reminders only to customers who agreed to them. The dashboard enforces this, and you must also follow Canada's anti-spam law. Messages must be truthful, identify your shop and be about your own offers.
- Rewards. You must honour the rewards your card promises. A reward shown on a card is your promise to the customer.
- Pilot. During the pilot the service is free, may change, and may have interruptions. We will tell you before any price applies and before you are charged.
- Ending. You can stop at any time. When you close your account, your customers' cards are removed.
Our service
- We work to keep LoyaltyWizard available and accurate, but we do not promise it will never fail. Wallet providers such as Google and Apple control how and when banners and wallet cards appear.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or harms customers.
- To the extent the law allows, our responsibility to a business is limited to the fees it paid in the last three months.
Laws
These terms follow the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
